Governments always have contingency plans. Contingent upon certain events happening. Such as a massive earthquake dropping California into the ocean. An atom bomb hitting a major city in the USA. A volcano erupting at Mt. Saint Hellens. As long as these events do NOT occur, the plans will NOT go into effect. Just because they have coffins does NOT mean they are going to use them. Just pray and Keep the Peace.
