Thank you Viking, somehow I don't think that what they say can be achieved without Earth changes.

HAARP does cause and effect in the atmosphere and I feel maybe even on the timelines

I will be more inclined to think that way, this is about probabilities and alignments, all going well we will be in the right one and avoid the catastrophes planed for Earth on 2012 by the ruling classes+conquering hostile ETs
