Sorry, I've been 'HAARPing on' about HAARP for years, I have the the book 'HAARP - the Ultimate Weapon of the Conspiracy' by Jerry E. Smith - fascinating stuff, I've read websites about it. But somehow this seems a bit too contrived. Of course we know the cabal are practising eugenics, but I feel this is 2+2 =5...... Too much surmising......
