thats the beauty of meditation, sitting in the stillness and being connected, i find helps.......as i say all the time to folks and as a mantra to myself......the way is not in the sky the way is in the heart (dhamma from buddha). more often or not though brinty in everyday life its the monkey mind we sadly work from......myself included
, keep having to remind myself to just breath!
