There are irrefutable evidenciary things in court, on video, etc. It's completely proven and totally miraculous.

There's the Supreme Court botched ruling, but at least they remanded a small portion, the local judge that was partners with one of the attorneys against me, voluntarily disqualified himself after two months sitting on the remand, now it's been another three months and it seems no one wants to touch it.
