Lotto numbers would be impossible no matter what because they are based on "random" future events with the same probability for each number if all is fair and squere (but I see your point of course). However, it is possible to calibrate the odds on for example soccer/football games or perhaps boxing matches before the games start. Thus you can beat the bookie
! This is not "cheating" but simply the best method of determining odds because Existance takes everything into account. If the star player broke up with his girlfriend or was drunk last night etc. all is taken into account when the odds are calculated, and thus you get the most accurate odds there is! To get most accuracy you would have to calculate them as close to deadline as possible of course... Probably fun if you are keen on gambling. Find some match etc. were your odds and the bookie odds are way off and...go for it!
