hemp is an odd issue , you would think that canabis would be legal so we would all get stoned and not care and then get railroaded lol..
the elite believe they are above karmic repercussions as recently stated by david wilcock and others. i think bill said that they think they are as a force of nature, hence the name moriahs wind>?
im sure they have a ritual where they put their karma onto a small child before they sacrifice it, storing up karma it sounds like to me .. maybe we can start another thread n this subject
