But here it seems all EISCAT connected facilities was scheduled for simultanious operation in the same window of time. All are situated in the same general area. Tromsø, Kiruna, Sodankylä and Svalbard.
If it's connected to the spiral, can't say...but certainly interesting that it looks like all facilities were active in that timeframe.
