I really started out this year with excitement and continue to feel the same. The fall is my favorite time of year. Whatever shall come I will welcome the change and adjust accordingly. Giving what I can while protecting what I must.

I don't personally feel like a "sitting duck". I am where I choose to be, home. I feel that no matter my physical location I will be confronted with personal challenges and I really do, as many of you, have a sense of purpose.

Promote preparation spiritually first, then physicality.
