VERY Cool! We are working on a version of this as well. Kind of a modern day couple of hippies in a VW van. Inspired by Timothy Ferriss' "The 4 hour work week".
We ARE working on the TV issue. For us we are starting by cutting out all negative programming: Snapped, Americas most wanted, C.O.P.S., and the like. Work in progress still.
