Indeed, Anchor, the personal responsibility is a key to an anarchy system.
Ontologicaly, Anarchy blocks the behavior pushed by the ego.
Two main manifestations of the ego are Power and Property.
The first self-proclaimed anarchyst Pierre-Joseph Proudhon in his groundbreaking work "What is Property?" (1840) answered: Property is Theft!

The System was always trying to show Anarchy as disorder, chaos and violence, which is quite an opposite. Anarchy is a real political danger for the ruling system. Anarchy begins with the unconditional love for others, as equals, and high personal responsibility and conscious, the very essence of the true anarchy, are driven by it.
