Gary M. is in trouble for illegally accessing governmental computer systems and allegedly damaging them. Proving that what he claims to have illegally seen is true doesn't really help his case. I think you could produce the non-terrestrial officers list and it wouldn't change the nature of what he is being charged with.

In fact it is conceivable that proving that there is a secret space program and that Gary did gain access to the highest classified material on the planet would not be so good for Gary's court case. See what I'm saying?

I feel bad for Gary. I hope the whole business comes out in the trial and gets exposed but I'm thinking they won't allow that to happen. It is an unfortunate situation. It would be great to see this guy get pardoned.
