Tolerence and understanding towards 'New Posters' is an important part of 'community spirit'
You can help them, by pointing out that there is another similiar thread, and it's best to do a thread check first' with a nice helpful attitude.
This is a much more productive way to bring them up to speed. Not all New Posters are comfortable with they're ability to navigate they're way around, some just need a helpful hand. Dont you think?
