This is similiar to what I learned at the Ramtha School and also what I have experienced. The feeling of magnetism when living in the 'now'. The energy surrounding the body when one is aware and stays in that awareness.

I focus on the quality of the information, not on who is delivering it. Ones Inner Self indicates whether or not the information resonates as Truth. When we are only looking for confirmation of our own belief systems, its a closed circuit with no growth or learning. When we are looking to criticise, we will always find something to criticise. The universe is always mirroring back to us our attitudes, whatever they are.
