Northon boy you are talking absolute rubbish and spreading incorrect information. DMT when smoked or injected takes effect immediately and lasts for 10 mins. Ayahausca has never caused a single recorded death and the shamans of the amazon have taken it evey week for their whole lives since about the age of 14 years old and live to at least 90 years old.
