I used to immerse myself in music and media that was at best-quite dark.
It was extremely seductive and attractive.

I realized the damage it was doing to me and cleansed it from my reality.

I have found it helpful to be very careful with what I let in, as we are
manifesting ever more quickly. I would rather get my practice in
now focusing on what I want vs what I don't want before manifestation
becomes instantaneous.
