Strange Maneuvers

I have been getting reports from the San Diego area of strange military maneuvers which involve all branches of the armed services of the US.

These maneuvers include building an odd dock on the coast, helicopters flying low in circles, huge submarines surfacing near the beach and even Mexican police crossing the border in fancy cars.

There is a massing of military vehicles, tents and personnel on the beaches. Some indications are that this is a preparation for either a large natural disaster, or a large attack on a foreign power.

I will see what I can find out and report as soon as I can.
