Based upon what he is saying in regards to "deep looking" I would have to say that the past life therapy I have been using to finally achieve Nirvana is a more aggressive form than meditation of deep looking and the resulting ability of Nirvana.

For me Nirvana is a definitive state but needs to be maintained with right practices and education and training. And I continue my "deep looking" work, even now doing "deep looking" for others as those others -- this is very powerful.
