Seashore, is not true, you can download the file, but you have to wait for a while, there is a counter of few tenths of seconds you must wait. They say about the subscription, just if you want instant download and with high speed(here is not the case, as file is very very small, just a few seconds mp3, excerpt from the podcast from 25-Nov-09).
The archive file is so small, but even so, I wasn't able to upload here on Avalon, by any means even it's size is around 4KB, which is less than 97.7 KB, accepted for Zip files.
