To each their own.
Speaking personally (what's personal to me may not be to you), I pay no heed to 'energy vampires'.
I have never encountered one (to my knowledge) and I have been about all manner of, for lack of a better terms,
distasteful people.
In my mind they're the misconstrued conception stemming from overly paranoid folk, and if thinking like this prevents me from feeling low and drained by these ultimately negative people then so be it.
Regardless, I know most people on this forum aren't on my wave length most of the time, though I do like to voice my opinion - albeit occasionally.
I'd say for the most part, if in
your world these 'energy vampires' are running rampant, and that's what you positively believe they are then BROOK's advice is indeed very helpful.
So kudos.
