There are two things that will come out of this two week gathering:

1. "Remedial Instructions" to be served upon state and federal officials.
2. "Civic Actions" the people may take, should those officials fail or otherwise ignore the Remedial Instructions.

On Saturday, November 21, 2009 the Continental Congress 2009 Delegates finalized a 70+ page document entitled "Articles of Freedom" agreeing on the draft in substance, subject to revisions for style, spelling and consistency.
