Very timely indeed.

Our whole lives have revolved around fear, to some degree, coming from all directions, even when things are going great, we still find reason to fear. The greatest of these, I think, has come from the social structures placed upon us, mostly, fear of what others think. Due to this one fear alone we live our lives in accordance to the social structure. Operating outside of our heart we find ourselves in a continual soup of fear.

Fear = negative = lower vibrational frequency = dis-connection with self = dis-connection with all

Love = positive = higher vibrational frequency = connection to self = connection to all.

choose wisely to which energy we want to operate from.
