Yes, it is confirmed. We have also in Romania a Cap & Trade kind a law, maybe not with such visible drawbacks for the people, such in States (up to now!) but at least, starting from 2010, people cannot sell their houses, apartments without a license from government, for which they didn't indicate the methodology or the way to obtain, nor the bureaucracy to appeal to for getting it. BUT THEY GAVE A LAW THAT STARTING FROM 2010, YOU CANNOT SELL YOUR HOUSE WITHOUT THIS LICENSE!

Of course, this legislative stupidity can happen only in Romania, there is no other place in the world that can happen: they brought a law for which they do not know how to implement, so now is needed a ministerial order to delay the application of said law, until they will setup the way of issuing such licenses.

PS: What is the more obvious than that, that these laws are not the respective governments concoctions, but they are told so, by the greater entity?

And what I see from the lack of comments for this subject, people don't even get, what will hit them, when all these laws will interleaved all together. THERE IS NO ESCAPE! Should I mention that us, in communism we get a little the taste of where people could be driven to, with such crazy laws, rules.
