[OK folks, so far as far as the comments received here go, people seem to be saying the following is NOT TRUE. Again, I haven't received any confirmation of this myself, and my intent in posting it here is to determine whether or not it is true, and to find out the status of things in the Ukraine with regard to this new outbreak.
