Phew, well, thankyou so much for your kind words, I am bowled over as I did not actually expect a response.

I am back tomorrow , 12hr shift again..... will not let them lower me to there level but I will fight with and for the few that seem weak to them. Already I have created smiles, trust and laughter. Tomorrow I speak to the main problem and accept the truth or not, he will listen.

I worked there 3 years ago, a lady that I saved from chocking, all though has serious dementia remembered me and showers me with kisses everytime she sees me, this makes it all so worth it. Thankfully the srn who almost killed her has gone.
