I believe I heard Dr Bill say that what needs to happen for an intervention to take place is for humanity to change its attitude as a precursor for a change of our behavior towards each other so that we no longer allow, via our silence, such things as attacks on innocent people, for example, to continue once we know what is taking place on an ongoing basis. That being silent and doing nothing is being complicit in harm to others, and this has to change. These were not his words exactly but this is the gist of what I thought he was saying.

Would members agree or disagree?
