I realize how hard it is to find work these days, so it's not easy to just quit and go find work elsewhere when the bills must be paid and our basic needs met. In just about any profession, there will be those who irritate us to no end, and the best thing to do is not allow them to get under your skin and steal time in your head. Try to be a good example and share what you have with the patients and others who are kind and receptive to your goodness. Your light will shine forth whether "the others" want it to or not.
