Germany- 46- year- old man and 65 year-old woman die after receiving the A/H1N1 flu shot. The woman of a heart attack a few hours after the flu vaccine had been administered, the man was found dead on the second day after vaccination. He died when his circulatory system suddenly stopped working. of course the media are saying that they had some underlying conditions.
