Nice, this is actually a subconscious work, the brain knows that it is receiving medicine and if the doctor saids that (a person in which the brain "trusts"), the brain will create those effects.

If you keep telling yourself that you are cured, that you are felling well, sooner or later that effect will take place.

This is how hypnosis work, get inside your subconscious and fix some belief system.

I remember my grandmother getting drunk with grape juice, thinking it was wine, she got red and dizzy......... very funny.
