Re: End to water fluoridation
I first heard about the negative health effects of fluoride in 1993 during a Shaklee presentation. (Shaklee is advertised as all natural cleaning and health products.) I then heard it debated in a Communications class in 1996. Most of the sheeple claim the "health benefits" of fewer cavities and that 9 out of 10 dentists recommend it. Recently, I read that fluoride and chlorine have most likely contributed to my hypothyroidism. SWEET! ( said sarcastically) Needless to say, I use unfluoridated toothpaste (I like "Tom's" and "Spry") and use a water filter as well.
Any time the goverment adds something to our food or water, it's a good idea to look at it with a bit of suspicion. All natural is usually better.
