I had a really bad cold
(tptb would add me to the swine flu list if I was to phone the doctors)
Have been taking vit D3 and mms and am going to try the onion by the bed trick tonight.
Haven't had any pineapple juice so have been taking the mms mix on it's own and with just a drop of water YUK!!!!!
I thought it tasted bad before with juice but now realise it was delicious compared to without
Can I ask for a some cold relief please
