For conferences scheduled by Bill and Kerry, you just have to go to http://projectcamelot.net to keep up with the schedule - there is not a lot of lead time for most of them. You could organize a meeting in your area by clicking the contact button, but understand they get several hundred emails a day.

Now local ground crew meetings are put together by people on this forum. You can find those by going to the top level http://www.projectavalon.net/forum and exploring various forums and subforums.

Edit - http://www.projectavalon.net/forum/f...splay.php?f=85 and scroll down to the green bar that says "Global Ground Crew Networking". Yes you can organize one yourself.
