This may be just how your brain works to view the target. Like an artist, they too sometimes see things upside down when the paint. You can work with it or you can train your brain to flip it right side up. Either way, your still getting the target.
I would recommend using the training excersises if you feel they help. You can even share with us any helpful ways we can hone our skills.
