In order to feel (or see) the negativity, one should be in the
state of positivity.
I call this "
the state of positivity", as this is much more of just "being positive". It is much more then just a positive thought, much more then just a positive word. For me, it is like being awake and aware of every moment of my live, being aware of every move and every step I make, being aware of my thoughts and words and finaly, being aware of the cause-and-effect chain which comes from the previous action.
I know, it may sound weird and complicated, and believe me, it was...on the very begining of this state of positivity, which I choose to live like.
It is a process, which makes you think, both with your mind and your heart, of many, many things in your life...and the better you get in this process, you'll notice that more and more you start to think only with your heart and that you start to act only by what your heart tells you! And this is one of the biggest blessing I could get in my everyday life...
So how do I fight negativity?
I don't !!!
I just simply let the negative (whether this percieved negativity has been caused by other people or by some situations)
to BE negative. .
I've learned that if I fight it, I just make it stronger.
Therefore, I just let it be and try, from my point of view and in an appropriate manner of course, to solve the situation. I just don't worry that the negativity could affect my "state of positivity". More often now, it just bounce away from me...it is a natural process for me...I don't even intent of bouncing it away. It just happens.
Now, even if the negativity affects me, then I should have learn that lesson...I take it as it is and try to make the best of it.
By the way, and this is something I've noticed recently, these forums are sliding, slowly but with certainty, in the direction of "the state of positivity".
The positive energies of many members here are getting stronger and stronger and these, bunched together, will cause any negativtiy to just slowly vanish...for good.
I would say, thank YOU ALL here for being what you are...thank you for your contribution.
...and Beren, thank you for this thread...I needed this right now...
