I came across a distinction between the Galactic Federation of Light and the Galactic Council of Light. George Kavasillas (sp) pointed out the difference, the latter is of the highest good. Look up the meaning of the two words.. does anyone have any further info between the two?
One incorporates, the other is advisory. Words matter.

Where it says "any damage to your psyche will soon be made good in the higher vibrations" ... "you will find yourselves exactly at the level you are entitlted to be"... I say hmmmm, considering that our DNA has been purportedly tampered with....

I dunno, the words say alot of good things, however, I don't need a go-between to incorporate/assimilate me.

Anyone? have any more input between Federation and Council? I don't like the words federal, look at our situation here... excuse me if I'm off topic but this IS about advanced beings is it not?
