I have heard a high-pitched tone (same frequency - continually) for many years. (tone 3?) I have seen a 'sea' of tiny 'swimming' pinpoints of light (not floaters - seem to be alive) when I look up at the sky...for many years. I also feel as though I'm fighting something 24/7 (almost seems to be spiritual quest related). It's driving me nuts...or perhaps it's because I am nuts. Am I having a Drac-Attack?
