Photo below of me from 1986. I was given the 'Track 1' t-shirt to wear. Every morning at this time, I would look in the mirror and take in the track one message on a subconcious level. This would affirm I was Michael Prince- timetrack 1- original- This would help me to work with a clear mind during this training.
