This story sounds a lot like Terminator 3. Do you think there is some link?

also regarding Omega 3 -> I watched a documentary on an ex-pat New Zealander moved to some Island around england somewhere. He set up a factory making omega 3 fish oil for health shops. Comes from fish I thought? Did you mean Omega 13 is a by product of COC Cybernetic Organic Cutler. Not Omega 3?
