I'm on page 25 of the PDF book- just my 2 cents- these alleged PTB (many factions, many agendas) are so full of ****, this could very well be desinged to frighten people or it may be complete egoic BS, could be true (and if so I dare say this is not Christ consciousness- pressing a button to send plasma weapons to destroy countries that don't surrender to this almighty creep.

That said- the dudes eyes are completely creepy.......

And this picture of him looks like one of those old space brother depictions or a depiction of a Nordic ET (or even some depictions of a blonde Jesus).
