I call on Archangels Michael, Metatron, Raphael and Chamuel on a daily basis.
I normally ask something different of each of them.

Michael: Protection(occasional help fixing things)

Metatron: Energetic balancing. cleansing, and grounding

Raphael: Healing

Chamuel: Guidance(occasional help finding things)

These guys are really great to have around and have come through for
me more times than I can count. They let me know they are around in various
ways including synchronicities-especially number patterns. 11:11, 333 and 444
are pretty much daily occurences along with many others.

I have another technique that I use to clear my own energy field:

I envision white light surrounding my body, then a ring of purple, then gold.
I then say to myself: "Only that is good and needful shall remain.
Only that is good and needful shall enter."
I find this particularly useful for public places with lots of undesirable energy.
