I'll do what I can do from an energetic level (specifically I will make some calls.... empower the higher consciousnes kind of thing)...
I personally would be warry of accepting to much 'help' from FEMA!

. Sometimes it takes troublesome events to help people wake up... it is ideal when they are more bothersome than very nasty... sounds like this might be one of those... wake up Atlanta to the consciousness within you!
P.S. Water is the emotional realm... flooding could have something to do with emotions being out of hand, karma comes up and creates outer event... master emotions Atlanta... no more floods
