My comment was in a positive outcome thinking mode...If you and I, and others think we are there, then others will begin to realize we are there...and then so on. It's a done deal, no? I think it is accomplished, on whatever timeline or dimension you wish to call it, so it's a matter of expansion to others. Or re-cognition by others.
