Umm this is good thinking juice.

If you did have 2 parallel universes, then being universal would cover more then just earth so, we would not only have good and bad on earth but also good and bad universally. So we would have good and bad humans and good and bad aliens.

Seeing in my mind this is what we have then yes, could be.
