Stewart Swerdlow says that the Draconians are programmed to dominate. He said they believe themselves to be more God-like because they are androgynous. Also that they change little over eons of time, whereas mammalian life evolves. Thus they think they are already perfect.
Here's the thing Stewart says that blows my mind. He says that transparent beings created the Draconians to
antagonize and test humans. What a nasty thing to do!!
He also says, by the way, that the transparent beings were assisted by the Sirians of Sirius A in the creation of the Reptilians and their placement in the Draco star system.
And that the purpose of this is to determine the most perfect form in physical reality that can exist in any environment: a gigantic, cosmic "Survivor" contest.
