I know hundreds of people who are organized in life… very sane and productive people. I am concerned when you say you're "not always together and not always organized" That gives me an insight as to your mental readiness to be a leader. I don't think yet that you've projected the confidence and knowledge to lead a worthy project.
I would be interested in knowing specific things you have done to create change. Do you have funding? Have your created an organization with a stated mission and work plan? Do you have employees and volunteers? Can you give us a specific plan of one thing you are currently working on?

I am in close conjunction with them. They are watching me. It appears as though they have decided not to go through with the plan as I set forth.
