There is a section on page 125 from chapter 4 of the book on this... removing the gall bladder is a major digestive compromise as the GB stores extra bile and injects it into the bowel when needed... so without one he recommends bile suppliment and STILL flushing the liver (with it blocked it produces less bile)... I wouild recommend his book and read it fully through to fully understand it... it sounds like your liver is full of the 'stones' which are fat balls effectively from what I gather from reading the book...
Someone without a GB really needs to know what the 'butchers' have done and understand how they can get their body back on track... If you're still eating exactly as you were that caused the GB issue in the first place then it is likely to still be blocking... I'd watch the links and read the book.
This of course is my opinion etc etc and I'm not a doctor... but then most doctors won't know this procedure as it won't be trained...
