It's kind of weird (IMO) to ask for solutions to a fake problem: quake 10/12/09. The real problem in that area is wealthy people evading taxes. (Hey, I like Sean Connery and Michael Jordan.... but c'mon.) Isn't there also an underwater military base around there, 'Underwater Area 51?

Those are problems.

Anywho, the PTB (we call it PTW here) are varied. Are they rabbits with long ears, floppy ears, with spots, black, white, grey, dyed for Easter, wild, winter, summer, dwarf, mean, gentle - and that's only the vegans. To say We, The PTB (whatever you said: use your minds! yeah, that was it) - OR SOLVE PROBLEMS THAT WE MADE in my mind the lot is fired due to overgrazing.

But, if I had advice, I'd say walk around main street, get out of the limo, talk to a cab driver (very astute political views here), clean your own house for a bit, give a bum a fiver, figure out what's wrong with the legal system and hope for the best.
