Just finished my first flush yesterday. Boy that chicken on the grill sure did taste good last nite!

I noted some small stones, one like the green peas in the above photos, which I plan to not look at any longer.

While only a few stones passed, a whole lot of other stuff is now gone, for better or worse. Will try again in three weeks. Lost a couple of pounds also.

PS. Epsom Salts are vile.
