Carmen, I like the way you word it. The truth is right here for us, we simply have to be willing to search, to keep searching. All that is needed for us to find the truth that will set us free, has indeed been released to humanity.
Truth is esoteric (esoteric means 'inner'), it is 'occult' (occult means 'hidden'), yet it is inner truth hidden in plain sight.
For those who choose to search, to listen and to see, they will surely find. For it is our own higher Self's great pleasure to give us the kingdom that is inside of us here and now.
Like Jesus said, although we have eyes and ears, many do not see, many do not hear.
Free will is the key determinant of life.
We must be a child to enter the kingdom. Meaning, we must be in a state of seeking, knowing there is always More to learn. As soon as we are 'rich' in our beliefs, we are no longer as children eager to learn more, eager to come up higher. Instead we are stuck on the path. God itSelf could appear before us and tell us the truth, but would we listen? Not if we already think we 'know' it all. There is always More to the story. That more will demand that we are constantly coming up higher, constantly surrendering an old belief to accept a higher truth.
Here is an image I pieced together of a doorway, as I might imagine it, to the higher consciousness within. The three colors, blue, yellow and pink represent the three fold flame in our heart, the flame of Power, Wisdom and Love.
When we balance Power, Wisdom and Love in our being, we are Pure, and it is the "Pure in heart" that shall inherit the earth.
The image of Christ represents the Christ consciousness. The "only begotten son of the father", which is truly your own higher consciousness. I believe this consciousness is the "truth that will set you free" and it is accessible when we choose to accept that it is who we really are. When we choose to accept that we truly are; a Son or Daughter of the infinite.
