Amit: you got to do it every day. Rhythm is important - you train your body to expect its meditation slot - and soon if you miss it you will not feel you started the day properly.
It's best after you wake up - that avoids the sleepiness problem but anytime is better than not doing anything.
You'll be fine - give it a go.
